Meet our incredible Patient Care Coordinator! Growing up in Kerrville, she's learned a thing or two about making people smile – literally! She's worn many hats in the orthodontic world, from lead assistant to manager and treatment coordinator, bringing a wealth of knowledge to every patient interaction. When she's not helping create perfect smiles, she's wrangling her two sons or sipping on an iced vanilla oat-milk latte. & don’t let her love for the color black fool you, her personality shines bright!
Landry
Client Concierge
Landry is the heart of our patient experience, ensuring every visit to our orthodontic practice is as smooth and pleasant as possible! While her title is Client Concierge, we sometimes suspect her actual job is to be the human equivalent of a warm blanket and a perfectly brewed cup of coffee.
She’s the one who greets you with a bright smile fueled by her favorite treat: an Iced Caramel Brûlée Latte. It takes a lot of energy to keep this place running!
When she’s not coordinating appointments and making patients feel like VIPs, Landry is living life in the fast lane watching her fiancée race cars and cheering on the Aggies (Gig 'Em!) and the Dallas Cowboys!
We are convinced Landry doesn't just manage our schedule; she manages our happiness. Next time you stop by, please thank her for keeping us all perfectly organized—she deserves the accolades (and maybe an extra brownie).
Mary
Patient Care Coordinator
Mary brings a pop of energy and sweetness to our office—usually in shades of pink and orange! As our Patient Care Coordinator/Orthodontic Assistant, she’s dedicated to making sure your journey to a perfect smile is as bright as her favorite colors.
When she isn’t perfecting grins, Mary is likely fueling up on an iced coffee (or an iced matcha when the mood strikes) and curling up with her journal somewhere . A true lover of the finer things in life—which, in her book, includes time with friends and family, Skittles, and binge watching a good tv show—she’s a regular at a homey food spot like Cracker Barrel and never turns down a glazed donut or a spontaneous adventure.
To relax, Mary will swap her scrubs for some sunny pool time, a good book, and her favorite tunes. Just a fair warning: if you want to stay on her good side, keep the showers warm and don't talk during the movie!
